Villa Nangka

Siempre me ocurre lo mismo con Gili Air: la isla me atrapa y no me quiero ir nunca. Esta vez, a punto de irme ya, descubrí sencillamente un sitio maravilloso que me hizo alargar mi estancia dos días más.
Gili Air está llena de gente con historias bonitas. Gente que decidió dejarlo todo un día y venirse a vivir a esta parte del mundo. Gente con una energía tan buena y tan fuerte que no quieres separarte de ella desde el primer instante en el que aparece frente a ti.
Villa Nangka pertenece a dos personas que son ese tipo de gente. Rose y Andrea son una pareja de ‘expatriados’ maravillosos. Me acogieron en su Villa con cariño, contándome sus increíbles historias y demostrándome que soñar despierto es bueno y siempre lleva a buen puerto.
Situada en el centro de la isla, su Villa dispone de habitaciones monísimas y de un Lumbung, en el que tuve la suerte de hospedarme. Su piscina es ideal, y la cocina exterior que dejan a uso y disfrute de los clientes es una maravilla.
Echo ya de menos ese pequeño paraíso. ¡Id en cuanto podáis!

Gili Air always have the same effect on me: the island catches me and I never want to leave it. This time, as I was a day from my departure one already, I bumped into a wonderful place that made me extend my stay two days more.
Gili Air is full of people with beautiful stories to narrate. People who decided to leave everything behind them suddenly and to stay at this side of the world. People with a magical energy that strikes you and makes you never want to leave them.
Villa Nangka belongs to two people who are that kind of persons. Rose and Andrea are a couple of wonderful ‘expats’. They welcomed me in their Villa with love and warm, telling me their incredible stories and showing me that daydreaming is good and always leads you to happiness.
Located in the center of the island, their Villa has beautiful rooms and a Lumbung, where I had the amazing opportunity to stay. Their pool is really nice, and the outside kitchen the customers are free to use is wonderful.
I miss that little paradise. Go as soon as you can!
